Jessica G. Lavin is a seasoned fundraising and nonprofit development professional, currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Development for the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County. In this role, she connects supporters with giving opportunities to champion, engage, and grow the cultural arts sector in the region.

Jessica’s previous experience includes serving as the Director of Development and Communications for Caridad Center, the largest free and charitable clinic in Florida, where she cultivated a robust network of donors to support the clinic’s mission.

In addition to her primary role, Jessica is a dedicated development consultant, offering her expertise to organizations seeking to enhance their fundraising strategies and community engagement efforts. She is also a member of the board for the Planned Giving Council of Palm Beach County, where she plays a key role in promoting sustainable giving initiatives.

Jessica is passionate about working with under-resourced communities and increasing the overall well-being of the region. As a volunteer mentor for Scholar Career Coaching, she guides under-resourced youth who are English language learners in their professional and post-secondary educational journeys. Her personal mission is to create equitable and sustainable opportunities for residents facing financial, social, and health-related challenges.

Jessica holds a B.A. in Communication from Florida Southern College and a Master’s in Public Administration from Florida International University. Through her work, she diligently strives to strengthen supporter impact and advance the missions of the organizations she serves by cultivating and solidifying partnerships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
